SHIPPING POLICY MEDICA SKIN PRO

We ship worldwide and offer FREE standard delivery on all orders.

  1. FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • We offer free standard shipping worldwide (no minimum order value).

  • If express shipping or special delivery options are available for your destination, they may appear at checkout.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING (DISPATCH TIME)

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)
    Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU/EEA: 2–7 business days

  • UK / Norway / Switzerland: 3–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

Remote areas may take longer.

  1. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking is provided where available. In some regions, tracking may update with delays or only show limited scans.

  1. CARRIERS
    We use trusted shipping partners (for example PostNord, DHL, UPS, or similar carriers), depending on destination and service availability.

  2. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA)

  • Free shipping does NOT automatically mean customs duties or import taxes are included.

  • For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT/GST, handling fees, or other charges.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

If you refuse to pay customs/import charges and the shipment is returned or abandoned, we may deduct any return shipping, customs, or handling costs we are charged before issuing a refund.

  1. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it was unclaimed, we can re-ship it (shipping may be charged) or refund the order minus any costs we incur (for example return shipping/handling fees charged by the carrier).

  1. DELAYS
    We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as:

  • customs inspections/processing

  • severe weather, strikes, peak-season congestion

  • carrier disruptions or local delivery restrictions

We will always help you track the shipment and solve issues as quickly as possible.

  1. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@medicaskinpro.com and include:

  • your order number

  • photos (for damaged items and packaging)

  • any relevant tracking information

Damaged items: please report within 48 hours of delivery when possible, so we can handle the claim quickly.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows the parcel is not delivered and appears lost, we will investigate with the carrier and, when confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Marked “delivered” but not received: we will assist you with an investigation (this may include checking address details, delivery proof, and/or requesting a report depending on the situation).
