MEDICA SKIN PRO remains responsible for fulfilling your order and handling product-related issues under applicable consumer law.

Klarna handles matters relating to its payment services, including payment schedules, payment status and applicable credit arrangements.

If an eligible order is cancelled or refunded, we will register the appropriate adjustment through the relevant payment system. Klarna will then handle any corresponding payment adjustment or refund according to its procedures.

Reporting a return or problem to Klarna does not replace contacting MEDICA SKIN PRO about the underlying order.

7. Orders and Order Confirmation

To exercise this right, you must clearly notify MEDICA SKIN PRO before the withdrawal period expires.

You must then return the products within 14 days of notifying us.

Certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if their relevant protective seal has been broken and the legal requirements for the exemption are satisfied.

Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Where legally permitted, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods.
